Had a good chat with the Innovation Challenge Fund Manager about the new fund going live Monday 25 March. We talked through some changes I’d recommended and they were all agreed, and she was enthusiastic about having another pair of eyes on it.
I’d like to transform how I get involved in fund guidelines, less at the end of the process and more at the beginning. I’m hoping the user survey we’re getting up and running in April for fund applicants will help get the wheels in motion for this.
I’ve started to gather things together to prepare some content design training for our digital team and wider BFI departments - very excited about getting these messages out there.
A few things happened where I was faced with challenges that I feel are beyond me. That could be down to my own brain though.
