Ran a small empathy mapping workshop with Rhoda and Jill to burrow down into what a new starter at the BFI would need to see and do when they start. Weāre hoping that the findings in this workshop will feed into a new starter section on the intranet, that will help people whoāve joined the BFI to integrate in a quick, easy and friendly way.

Have met with the Inclusion team a few times now, and things are starting to look a bit more practical, which is really helpful for me. With ADHD comes executive dysfunction, which means I can really [struggle with long-term visions](https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/symptoms/23224-executive-dysfunction#:~:text=Trouble planning or carrying out a task because you canāt visualize the finished product or goal.) without tangible actions and solid plans. Iāve been planning a bit of a workshop that should help us formalise some concrete objectives for this work.
Had a great chat with the Certification team this week. Theyāre keen to improve the content and structure of their pages, and we even spoke about creating some āfirst time applicantsā guidance, which is something Iāve been keen to try for fund guidelines - so this will be a great test to see how it can work!
