It’s been balls to the wall this week with the content designer interviews. No one told me there was so much admin around it! Nevertheless, this is all fun experience and it has been great talking to a mix of people about such a great role. Watch this space as the hunt continues.
I went to a big People team meeting the other day with Cat to introduce myself and the concept of content design. They’re a lovely bunch, so it’s good they work with people really. They really took to my ideas and what I was saying, and they seemed really keen and the excitement was contagious. I have been looking at the document library on the intranet in my spare time.
I’ve been working closely with Olivia on the report for the quantitative survey we did before Christmas with BFI’s frequent bookers. We’re working through the results and picking out things that are both constructive and interesting.
We’re lucky that we’ve had some really thoughtful and constructive feedback from users, they’ve been really honest with us in this research and I feel excited that we’re starting to address some of their concerns.
This has taken a bit of a backseat recently, but it’s been fun dipping into a bit of a workshop with Sophie. We’re currently working through a user journey mapping exercise for the BFI NETWORK Short Film Fund.
